We hope you enjoy your stay at the caravan. There are a few conditions which must be followed when practical as stated below:

1. The caravan is strictly non smoking. Those found to be smoking in the caravan will be asked to leave and any monies paid will be forfeited. You are welcome to smoke outside the caravan but please do not smoke inside.
2. Dogs are welcome at the accommodation (Up to two), but please bring towels for drying them off with, it is not advised to use the towels supplied for those staying at the caravan.
3. Late arrivals by arrangement.
4. The caravan must be left in the same condition as it was when hired, any breakages should be paid for before leaving the site.
5. Monies for rental of the holiday caravan should be paid in advance, under no circumstances will the keys be handed over without full payment. If paying by cheque, the cheque should have cleared before the rental starts.
6. There is 1 car parking space outside the caravan and ample at the main Kingussie golf course car park a short walk away. No responsibility can be taken or damages which happen in any of the parking spaces.
7. Whilst the caravan is in your care, we ask you to always secure the doors when leaving the caravan, even for short spaces of time. Again, this is a very safe area, but like anywhere there is always the possibility of theft.

Booking contract terms and financial's:

• We accept cash or cheque, cheque's must be received 7 working days before your stay to secure your booking.
• Should you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so within 1 month of your planned stay. Should you wish to cancel less than 1 month before your planned booking, the full booking fee will be retained. Should you wish to cancel, please call us on 01577 861099 or email stay@holidayhighland.com
